Welcome to Make – AI Video Generator. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and services provided by Bakery Scent Srl ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Make – AI Video Generator provides tools for generating videos using AI models, including processing of uploaded text, images, and video files in real time via third-party APIs such as FAL AI. We do not permanently store user-generated content.
No registration or login is required to use the App.
Some features may require in-app purchases processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store payment card details.
We use third-party services, including FAL AI for content processing, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Your use of these services through the App is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bakery Scent Srl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bakery Scent Srl from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version in the App. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Milan, Italy.
